We accept returns at our expense if the item received is damaged, or if the description does not match what you purchased. But first you MUST contact us and let us know what the problem is so we can resolve it without you having to return it. For that, we will either replace the item, or refund your full payment, but the item must first be returned to us, we will only replace or refund what is returned.
PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM CAREFULLY! If you feel you have made an incorrect purchase we will accept the return at your expense, but as long as you request a refund, we will deduct our original shipping fees incurred to first ship the item to you, as this cannot be recouped. Plus shipping back the item to us will be at your expense. However, if you request an exchange instead, then ship the item back to us, and we will ship the item you request and you pay the difference of the cost of the replaced item and the shipping cost to ship the replaced item to you.
